Description:Edwin Thomas Sachs (09 April 1850 - Reigate, UK, 26 September 1910) was a sports writer and amateur magician.
Sachs became an Honorary Vice-President of the
Magic Circle in 1906 and on April 1907 became a Member of the Inner Magic Circle. He was a frequent contributor to the pages of the Magic Circular.
He's the author of ''Sleight of Hand - A Practical Manual of Legerdemain for Amateurs and Others'' (1877).
As a a sports writer he was editor of "The Field" newspaper.
Edwin T. Sachs is buried in St. Mary Church Cemetery, Reigate, UK.
